1. Overview
The National Association of Technology Executives (“NATX”) is a private, board-approved professional association for senior technology leaders, operated by CTRL-ALT-MEET (“CAM”). By applying for or maintaining NATX membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility & Approval NATX membership is application-based and subject to approval. Acceptance is determined at the discretion of NATX leadership. Membership may be revoked if eligibility criteria are no longer met or for conduct violations.

3. Dues & Billing Membership dues are billed on an annual basis. Payment is due in full upon acceptance and renewal. Dues are non-refundable, including in cases of resignation, removal, or non-attendance at events. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Member Expectations & Code of Conduct NATX is a confidential, executive-level environment. Members agree to: Maintain professionalism and discretion Respect confidentiality of discussions, attendees, and shared insights Avoid solicitation, recruiting, or sales behavior unless explicitly authorized Refrain from disruptive, unethical, or inappropriate conduct Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

5. Confidentiality Many NATX events and discussions are conducted under Chatham House Rule. Members may not share specific statements, proprietary insights, or attribution without permission. NATX is not responsible for information voluntarily disclosed by members.

6. Events & Programming Membership includes access to curated executive events, subject to capacity and availability. Some events may require advance registration or additional fees. NATX reserves the right to modify event formats, locations, speakers, or schedules.7. Communications & Marketing Opt-In By joining NATX, you consent to receive:

Association updates and leadership communications Event invitations and recaps Sponsor communications relevant to executive audiences You may opt out of marketing communications, but essential membership notices will continue.

Privacy Policy

We take data privacy seriously and implement reasonable safeguards. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. Member data is stored and managed using platforms such as Memberstack and Mailchimp. We do not sell member data. Limited information may be shared with sponsors only in aggregate or anonymized form unless explicitly authorized.9. Intellectual Property All NATX materials, recordings, content, and branding are the property of CTRL-ALT-MEET. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
